Role

The Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing programs that promote our company and its products and/or services. The marketing programs are for new and existing markets, working with product managers and sales managers to allocate marketing dollars by product lines for each market segment, develop and upgrade our dealer shelf space initiatives plus managing the show and rally programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of marketing professionals which consists of setting annual goals, performance reviews, rewards & recognition, and creating an environment of open communication and cross functionally collaboration.
  • Responsible for online advertising campaigns, social media strategy, website optimization, and content creation to maximize brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manages the development and execution of marketing strategies and the marketing budget.
  • Develops and executes corporate branding initiatives to include global brand alignment.
  • Manages advertising campaigns and the relevant platforms.
  • Develops creative marketing concepts and ideas.
  • Collaborates with and manages outside agencies on creative marketing and special projects.
  • Manages the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising, point of purchase displays, merchandising programs, sales and customer service support programs and special projects.
  • Coordinates and manages artwork and print production of all marketing collaterals.
  • Manages public relations including coordinating with outside agencies, developing media lists, writing, and editing press releases and executing corporate PR efforts.
  • Supports ‘sustaining’ product management on the creation and execution of promotions, labeling, literature and packaging enhancements and communications.
  • Supports ‘new product management’ on all things associated with new product launches – naming, positioning, photography, videos, copywriting, label/literature development, and launch communications.
  • Manages multiple people and multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously and see them through to timely and successful completion.
  • Research and analyze emerging category and consumer trends, analytics, competitive dynamics, customer communication, and marketing plans.
  • Develop market knowledge and analyze trends and initiatives.
  • Develop annual promotional programs that help us meet our marketing strategies.
  • Work with product managers to develop new product introduction plans by market segment.
  • Manage the company’s trade and consumer show programs to include supervising the set-up, layout and services of all show activities and setting up measurable objectives for each show.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Manage creative services including but not limited to product photography and advertising.
  • Person should be willing to travel to RV industry Shows and Rallies to gain additional market knowledge/skills and to support the company’s overall Marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B to B and B to C marketing.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing processes and communications, print and graphics, and experience managing public relations and creative agencies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly adaptable when working in varied working conditions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional & global teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to keep current and learn new methods of digital communication.
  • Healthy sense of humor.
